Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at the University of Genoa with a thesis on Sustainability and digitalization in the intermodal logistic chain in collaboration with Aitek S.p.A., a company with experience in designing and building intelligent transport systems, video surveillance for security, and digital signage for communication. He is also a researcher at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR).

His main research activities concern Time Series Analysis, Video Analytics, and Natural Language Processing.
